Range Overview

Adaptaflex have a choice of fifteen individual’s metallic conduit system manufactured either in galvanized steel or stainless steel.

A range of 3 different conduit type provide a solution for liquid resistant specialization with a further 3 conduit option in liquid tight covered steel conduit for specially demanding environments. Conduit ranges are offered in nominal conduit size from 3mm for CCTV/roller shutter, doors and for protecting fiber optics cable right up to 75mm for large cable carrying capacity.

Over braided conduits are particularly suitable for installation in abrasive environments. Where applications call for enhanced low fire hazard properties or EMI screening then there is the option of high specification tinned copper over braided for greater EMI protection levels.

In addition a range of fifteen specifically designed to maintain system integrity including fixed and swivel fitting,straights,90⁰ , 45⁰ and a host of accessories including locknuts, enlarger, reducer and converters.

Many of our conduit systems have industry recognized approvals including British Kitemark, CE Approval, UL Listing, NF, LUL, DB and Lloyds Register amongst others.

Range Overview

Adaptaflex have more than 20 different types of non metallic conduit systems all providing different technical properties for your cable management applications. Conduit is available in many different materials, ranging from lightweight to heavyweight with nominal conduit sizes from 10mm right up to the jumbo size of 106mm.

For more demanding applications there is a wide-ranging high specification series of conduit enhanced low fire hazard properties, EMI screening and incorporating high fatigue life. Over braided options are available for use in abrasive environments.

Standard product is manufactured in a wide range of materials. The corrugated construction provides good flexibility and low weight. In addition a range of fifteen specifically designed to maintain system integrity including the popular and easy to fit Adaptalok system. Fitting types are available in straights, 90⁰, 45⁰ , with metric, PG, PF, & NPT threads.
